Braydon McKinnon
Braydon is Co-Director of B&L Entertainment Solutions and leads the event management portfolio B & L entertainment. He is based in Ballarat, Victoria and has extensive experience in the event and live theatre industries. He has managerial experience, leading events from large venues such as the Rod Laver Arena, the Palladium and Margaret Court Arena as well as boutique festivals, celebrations and live shows in regional and metropolitan venues across Victoria and in several states. Braydon has formal qualifications in event management and has developed strong relationships with a team of event contractors, artists and venue operators across the event industry.He also possesses a strong technical background in delivering audio visual support with many secondments to other teams and organisations in his formative years. This technical skill set also encompassess other aspects of the entertainment industry, specifically sound, lighting pyrotechnics and laser light shows.
Lucas Cooper
In his formative years Lucas associated with 3BA radio Ballarat assisting his father delivering radio programs and this led to an early introduction to audio production and delivery. In this period he also had a strong involvement in performing and managing musicals that led to his current vocation.
He began working as a DJ and MC with Infinity Entertainment developing and expanding his technical knowledge and entrepreneurial skill.
Lucas later added the role of stage manager to his repertoire delivering many productions including the management and delivery of the Victorian Guild Awards.
Lucas is currently the Co-Director of B&L Entertainment delivering many significant events such as Chillout Festival Daylesford.
He has over 9 years’ experience in the delivery of audio visual events including the delivery of his own podcasts.
